The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) recently provided financial assistance through its Homeowners Outreach Program Enterprise (HOPE) Grant to a homeowner facing economic challenges. The grant covered the homeowner's community assessments for a one-year period, allowing them to remain an active member of their community while easing their financial burden.
The HOPE Grant, established by AACM members and affiliate partners, offers financial support and property maintenance assistance to homeowners who struggle to meet HOA obligations or maintain their homes due to hardships. Applications are reviewed based on established criteria, and eligible communities must be managed by an AACM member company.
“Our communities are our neighbors, families, and friends. It is AACM's honor to give back and help those in need,” said Deborah Rudd, Executive Director of AACM. Homeowners experiencing hardship are encouraged to contact their community managers to learn more about the HOPE Grant and determine eligibility.
