American Fusion Relocates to Fort Worth, Advances Texatron Testing and Patent Filings

American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN), a developer of next-generation fusion energy technologies, announced several operational and technology milestones on July 1, including a headquarters relocation to the Fort Worth metropolitan area, progress toward a university testing agreement, and continued expansion of its intellectual property portfolio. The updates reflect parallel initiatives intended to support the company’s long-term commercialization strategy (https://ibn.fm/5m9td).

The company is relocating its operations from Midland, Texas, to the Fort Worth area, where engineering, fabrication, laboratory, and administrative functions will ultimately operate from a single integrated facility. According to management, the move will occur in two phases and is designed to consolidate operations under one roof.

American Fusion also reported progress toward a testing agreement with Texas Tech University for both its 5MW and 500kW Texatron Fusion Engine platforms. Management expects university testing infrastructure to accelerate portions of its development program, with initial testing activities targeted as early as July.

In addition, the company filed seven new U.S. patent applications to expand intellectual property surrounding the Texatron Fusion Engine architecture. These filings build on the company’s existing patent portfolio and are aimed at protecting key aspects of its fusion technology.

The announcements come as American Fusion continues to advance its Texatron Fusion Engine platform, which is designed to provide clean, sustainable energy through nuclear fusion. The company’s efforts align with growing interest in fusion energy as a potential solution to global energy challenges.
