Auddia's LT350 Initiative Targets Autonomous Vehicle Infrastructure Gap with Distributed AI Datacenters

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) announced a major initiative to position its LT350 platform as the distributed compute backbone for the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry, addressing a critical infrastructure gap as fleets of robotaxis and logistics vehicles scale globally. The LT350 platform, which consists of modular, solar-integrated datacenter canopies for parking lots, is designed to provide low-latency AI compute, data offload, and model refresh at the edge, directly where AVs operate.

The announcement follows Nvidia's declaration that "everything that moves will eventually be autonomous" and its partnership with Uber to deploy 100,000 Level 4 robotaxis beginning in 2027 across multiple cities. As AV deployments accelerate, the industry faces a fundamental challenge: traditional centralized datacenters are too distant and slow to support the real-time inference and continuous data exchange required by autonomous fleets. LT350's distributed architecture aims to solve this by bringing compute into the built environment of mobility.

LT350's canopy structures, designed in partnership with global convenience-store and fuel-station operators, integrate GPU compute cartridges, high-bandwidth memory, battery storage, and optional EV charging. This configuration enables AVs to charge and exchange data simultaneously, offloading sensor payloads and refreshing models during stops. The canopies form a city-wide mesh of micro-datacenters aligned with AV fleet density, supporting continuous uptime and rapid scaling.

"Autonomous vehicles are the beginning of a world where mobility, logistics, and robotics all converge," said Jeff Thramann, Founder of LT350. "If everything that moves will be autonomous, then everything that moves will need compute. LT350 is building the only infrastructure designed to meet that reality."

The LT350 platform holds 13 issued and 3 pending patents covering its solar parking lot canopy infrastructure, which integrates modular battery storage and GPU cartridges into the canopy ceiling. The company is in discussions with multiple global convenience-store and gas-station chains to deploy these canopies, leveraging what it believes is the most strategically positioned real estate footprint for AV fleet support.

Key advantages for AV operators include real-time inference at the edge, instant data offload and model refresh, and distributed compute aligned with fleet density. By deploying compute resources within meters of where vehicles idle, charge, or stage, LT350 aims to enable faster and safer autonomy than cloud-dependent architectures.

Auddia Inc. is the parent company of LT350, LLC, and is also known for its audio AI platform, including the faidr app and Discovr Radio. The company's forward-looking statements, as detailed in its SEC filings, caution that actual results may differ materially from projections. The proposed merger between Auddia and Thramann Holdings is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
