Sharpe, a 1st Place Winner of the 2023 National Association of Press Women's Communications Contest Award for Fiction for Adult Readers - Novellas, and the 2024 National Association of Press Women's Communications Contest for Fiction - Novellas, has been collecting angel stories for years. Some are her own experiences, while others were submitted to her. Many have found their way into her bestselling books, such as her latest, New Angel In Town.
In New Angel In Town, based on real-life angel encounters, the fictional town of Mystic Bay, California, harbors a secret: angels live as humans. The story follows Angel Ron, a guardian angel who takes human form to ensure his charge, a foster child named Evan, finds a forever home. Meanwhile, writer Noah Greenstreet pens a film about the townsfolk's angel encounters.
