Bestselling Author Jody Sharpe Announces New Angel Story and Audiobook Release

Bestselling author Jody Sharpe has announced a new angel story for her Angel Stories channel on YouTube. In this real-life account, a woman named Judy recalls meeting an angel at an AA meeting, though at the time he appeared in human form. The stranger gave her a message that her sister, who was struggling with drug abuse, would be okay. It took thirty years for Judy to share the story, which Sharpe describes as a story of intervention—the greatest gift for those suffering from addiction. Sharpe emphasizes the power of sisterly love and the quiet ways angels help us grow with whispers of encouragement and hope.

Sharpe also announced the release of the audiobook version of her bestselling novel, 20 Moon Road, An Angel's Tale, which is book 5 in the Mystic Bay Series. More audiobooks are expected to follow. Sharpe has been collecting angel stories for years, drawing from her own experiences and submissions from others, many of which find their way into her books. She is actively seeking more real-life angel stories, which can be submitted via her website at jodysharpe.com. Accepted stories may be featured on her YouTube channel and possibly in future books.

Her latest book, New Angel In Town, is based on stories she has heard over the years. The novel continues the Mystic Bay saga, where angels live as humans. In this installment, a new angel, Ron, must protect his charge, Evan, a boy in foster care, and help him find a forever home. Meanwhile, writer Noah Greenstreet is crafting a film about the townsfolk's angel encounters. The book has garnered praise from readers, with one Amazon reviewer calling it "a masterclass in child advocacy, true love, & angel-ology" and noting that it is "heartfelt, sizzling, & absolutely un-putdownable." Another reviewer remarked that the angel experiences in the book "seem real and remind the reader of the meaning of love and how it can change lives."

Sharpe's other works include To Catch an Angel, Town Of Angels, Town Of Angels Christmas, The Dog Who Came For Christmas, Summer Of Angels, and When The Angel Sent Butterflies, a children's book aimed at helping children understand that love and angelic presence can conquer fear. She also shares real-life angel encounters in the "Tuesdays With The Angels" section of her website at jodysharpe.com.

Sharpe's contributions have been recognized with awards, including a 1st Place Winner of the 2023 and 2024 National Association of Press Women's Communications Contest for Fiction. She was also chosen as a winner in the "50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading" Book Awards. Recently, she announced new screen treatments for The Angel's Daughter and Town Of Angels Christmas.

With her YouTube channel bringing together angel stories, book excerpts, and discussions on bullying, Sharpe continues to spread messages of hope and love. Her work is available at online retailers, including Amazon, and she can be contacted for media interviews. Angel stories can be submitted at bit.ly/2FV8amd.
