Cari McGee has been named the #43 real estate agent in Washington state in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings, based on 52 closed transactions totaling $26.3 million in sales volume in 2025. This marks the second consecutive year McGee has earned a spot on the RealTrends annual list of top-producing agents nationally.
The rankings, which rely on verified 2025 sales data, place McGee among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States. In the Tri-Cities area, she ranked as the #3 individual agent by transaction count and sales volume. Her $26.34 million in sales volume also secured the #163 position statewide, an achievement particularly notable given that Tri-Cities home prices are among the lowest in Washington’s major metro areas.
“It’s amazing to think that only a few dozen agents sold more homes than me in the entire state of Washington last year,” McGee said. “Thank you to everyone who put their trust in me and hired me, or referred me to others who hired me. I am so, so grateful.”
McGee’s success is attributed to her hands-on approach and direct client involvement. As the only active licensed agent on the Cari McGee Real Estate Team, she works personally with all buyers and sellers. Clients also benefit from a unique rewards program that offers perks from local and national businesses long after the sale closes.
The RealTrends honor follows other recent accolades. At a RE/MAX Northwest awards ceremony in Kennewick, McGee was recognized as the #10 individual RE/MAX agent in Washington, #3 individual agent at RE/MAX Northwest (out of over 200 agents across 11 offices in Washington and Oregon), and the #1 RE/MAX agent in the state for contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. She also achieved the 2025 RE/MAX Chairman’s Club designation.
McGee’s team has sold more than 650 homes since 2004, with listings spending a median of just 10 days on market in 2025, compared to the market median of 28 days. She maintains over 270 5-star reviews and has been named the Most Trusted Realtor® in Tri-Cities by BUILD magazine. More information is available at CariMcGee.com.
