clearvise AG (WKN A1EWXA / ISIN DE000A1EWXA4), a producer of electricity from renewable energy sources, today announced its preliminary figures for the first half of 2026. Consolidated revenue rose to EUR 22.3 million, up from EUR 18.2 million in the same period last year, while adjusted EBITDA improved to EUR 15.7 million from EUR 13.6 million. Electricity production increased to 291.1 GWh, including compensated curtailments, compared to 220.0 GWh in the prior-year period.
The company attributed its stable business performance to a resilient portfolio with largely secured revenues, which helped mitigate the impact of weak wind conditions, below-average solar irradiation, and phases of negative electricity prices that led to grid-related curtailments. CEO Bernhard Gierke stated, "The first half of 2026 once again demonstrated that clearvise’s resilient portfolio, with largely secured revenues, can deliver convincing results even in a challenging meteorological and market price environment."
Based on the positive business development, the Executive Board confirmed its guidance for the 2026 financial year. Total revenue is expected to range between EUR 44.2 million and EUR 46.5 million, adjusted EBITDA between EUR 26.7 million and EUR 28.7 million, and annual electricity production between 554 GWh and 584 GWh. The company also highlighted its focus on enhancing shareholder value, reviewing the disposal of non-strategic assets to free up capital for higher-return uses, and pursuing operational improvements and selective portfolio additions.
clearvise AG, a YieldCo focused on the profitable operation of a diversified European portfolio of onshore wind and solar parks, has been listed on the stock exchange since 2011. The half-year report is scheduled for publication on August 21. For more information, visit www.clearvise.com.
