Critical Infrastructure Technologies Advances Partnership with H. Cegielski-Poznan for Nexus 20 Production in Poland

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) provided an update on its executed Letter of Intent with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the Nexus 20 autonomous platform. The partnership aims to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank by combining CiTech’s Nexus 20 technology with HCP’s manufacturing and integration capabilities.

Under the LOI roadmap, Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, visited HCP headquarters in Poznan from May 20-24 to advance commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype has been dispatched to HCP’s Poznan facility, expected to arrive in late July 2026, for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.

The intended cooperation includes establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), facilitating technology transfer for local maintenance and support, and leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group to pursue government and defence contracts. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech’s international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia,” said Brenton Scott. “By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.”
