Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) has reported strong momentum in the first quarter of 2026, driven by international success in Africa and Central America during the fourth quarter of 2025. The company is leveraging geopolitical turmoil in the Middle East, which has led to nitrogen shortages just as farmers prepare for spring planting, alongside increasing regulations on chemical nitrogen and phosphorus safety, runoff, and emissions.
“With the developments in the Middle East leading to a shortage of chemical nitrogen…and escalating prices…we are prepared to meet farmer’s needs,” said Mark Gaalswyk, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “We have the production capabilities, the distribution network, and a competitive pricing structure that will offset the price surge of anhydrous ammonia and urea.”
EZES currently operates Terreplenish production facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida, ensuring year-round access to food waste used in its certified organic microbial solution with LIVE ACTIVE microbes. Additionally, a series of Easy FEN units are being produced at the Mankato, Minnesota factory, with the first scheduled to deploy to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons per year of liquid Terreplenish using local organic waste streams, reducing production costs while improving soil fertility, water retention, and crop resilience. These modular, “Fertilizer Plant in a Box” units allow local production and revenue generation without being subject to geopolitical forces.
Ongoing field trials have been key to Terreplenish’s surge. Completed trials in Ghana, Egypt, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have shown substantial yield increases across multiple plant varieties. In Central America, the focus has been on flowers, shrubs, and turf for urban beautification in Panama. In North America, trials in Mexico and Florida have yielded positive results. As spring approaches, test protocols have been developed for additional trials on corn, wheat, and a variety of fruits and garden vegetables.
Closer to home, EZES continues ash tree trials to combat the emerald ash borer, a wood-boring beetle that has infested millions of trees in North America. After treating over 1,000 trees last summer with dramatic positive results, the company aims to treat and save over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest this spring by applying Terreplenish before trees are decimated.
EZES has initiated an aggressive campaign to engage customers through trade shows and new distributor partnerships. After being named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, the company attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with representatives of over 800 retail store outlets. Paired with its Amazon launch, this introduces Terreplenish to consumers on a mass scale. Concurrently, EZES attended the annual Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, meeting with over 2,000 directors of golf courses and resorts worldwide. As a long-time partner with the U.S. Composting Council, the company participated in its annual conference, engaging with over 1,000 attendees seeking solutions for waste remediation and compost enhancement. The LIVE ACTIVE microbes of Terreplenish accelerate decomposition while increasing nutrient value and suppressing methane gas. EZES also received significant exposure at the World Ag Expo in California, which attracted over 100,000 people from 70 countries.
“These conferences provide a unique venue for personal interaction with our grower customers and distribution partners,” said Bill Bliler, Director of Business Development. “The opportunity to meet, field questions, demonstrate, and understand the needs of our customers is immeasurable, and one that we will always respond to.”
EZES also announced that it has elected not to move forward with a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock after a comprehensive analysis, citing misalignment with long-term vision. Instead, the two organizations are developing an OEM supplier relationship. “Our responsibility is to make decisions that best support the future of the company, our partners, and our customers,” per the EZES Management Team.
