Franchise Expo Dallas Returns to Texas for First Time Since 2018

Franchise Expo Dallas, organized by MFV Expositions and Comexposium, is set to take place September 18-19 at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas. This marks the event's first return to the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 2018, a strategic move given Texas's perennial top-five ranking in franchise interest and activity.

With more than 100 exhibitors, over a dozen workshops and sessions, and a lineup of keynote speakers, the two-day event aims to provide attendees with a comprehensive look at franchise ownership. Registration is now open for both exhibitors and attendees.

Martin Joksimovic, president of MFV Expositions, highlighted the industry's growth: "There are approximately 850,000 franchise establishments in the U.S. today and it's only a matter of time before the industry surpasses the one-million mark - a significant milestone." He emphasized the event's role in facilitating connections: "The networking opportunities at Franchise Expo Dallas are, by design, meant to spark the conversations that can turn entrepreneurial dreams into reality."

The educational agenda includes popular workshops such as "A to Z's of Buying a Franchise" led by Dr. John Hayes of Palm Beach Atlantic University, and "Franchising Your Business" presented by Mark Siebert of iFranchise Group. Additional sessions cover topics like "Top Questions to Ask a Franchisor Before Investing" and a keynote on "Minorities Building Wealth with Franchising" by Andre Key of Sociallybuzz. A full schedule is available on the Seminars page.

Attendees can also participate in popular networking events, including the Emerging Brands Pavilion, which showcases franchises with fewer than 10 locations, and the Business Resource Center, where brands can connect with industry vendors. In partnership with Social Geek Radio, the "Franchise Expo Unplugged" segment will feature interviews and news from the trade show floor.

The exhibitor list spans various industries, from household names like McDonald's, GNC Live Well, and Lightbridge Academy to food and beverage brands such as Perkins American Food Co., Mr. Gatti's Pizza, The Big Biscuit, and Rosatti's Pizza. Home services are represented by Poolwerx, Pi Kitchen and Bath Shop, and Milo Insulation, while the senior care sector includes Golden Years Relocation and Assisted Living Mansion.

Franchise Expo Dallas is the second of four U.S. tour stops for MFV Expo in 2026, following the International Franchise Expo in New York City. Upcoming events include Franchise Expo Cincinnati (Oct. 23-24) and Franchise Expo West in Glendale, Arizona (Nov. 13-14).
