Frontieras is also advancing an approximately $850 million commercial-scale project in Mason County, West Virginia, while continuing development of its FASGEN platform for coal-fired power generation and additional fuel and chemical production. The company’s approach seeks to expand coal’s economic value by transforming a single feedstock into multiple marketable products as federal investment supports the broader U.S. coal ecosystem.
