Licensed cosmetologist Taylor Farkas has announced the grand opening of Hair By Taylor, a new salon suite located at the Salon and Spa Galleria Azle in Azle, Texas. The salon offers a comprehensive range of services including haircuts for men, women, and children, as well as specialized color treatments such as full and partial highlights, balayage, root touchups, blowouts, and styling for special events.
With 11 years of industry experience, Farkas honed her skills at Duvall's School of Cosmetology. She describes her passion for cosmetology as rooted in the artistry of the craft, but her time behind the chair revealed a deeper purpose. "I learned that the best part was helping people feel confident, refreshed, and empowered," Farkas said. "I've been dedicated to providing personalized hair services, building lasting relationships with my clients, and creating looks that enhance each person's unique beauty."
Beyond standard cuts and colors, Hair By Taylor offers specialized treatments including deep conditioning, hair glaze, split end treatment, and Brazilian blowouts—a semi-permanent technique that smooths and straightens hair. To celebrate the opening, Farkas is offering a $20 discount for new clients. "My goal is to make every appointment a relaxing, enjoyable experience where you feel heard, cared for, and confident," she added.
Farkas balances her professional life with time spent with her husband Chris and their two children, Beau and Opal Anne, whom she credits as her inspiration. Hair By Taylor is accepting new clients by appointment only, with hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.
