inCruises announced two major product expansions at its first-ever THE Global Convention in Belgrade, Serbia, introducing inTrips, a new category of curated land vacations, and adding River Cruises through partnerships with AmaWaterways and Emerald Cruises. The move marks a significant broadening of the company's subscription-based travel club, which until now focused primarily on ocean cruises, and signals a clear strategic direction toward offering more diverse travel experiences and greater value for members.
The launch of inTrips addresses a common pain point for travelers: the time and effort required to plan a comprehensive land vacation. Each inTrip is designed by travel experts who research the destination and surrounding region, then assemble accommodations, transfers, transportation, sightseeing, tours, excursions, attractions, and free time into a single itinerary. The first inTrips will launch in the United Arab Emirates, beginning with Dubai, historically inCruises' most popular destination. The initial collection includes 5- and 7-day vacations, with options such as a Dubai-only trip or a Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah combination, as well as experiences like Dubai Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing with Burj Khalifa admission, desert dinner safaris, and Abu Dhabi city tours on select itineraries. These are expected to become available in late 2026, with additional destinations planned.
For inCruises members, inTrips provides two compelling ways to reduce vacation costs: INsider Pricing at 17% off the retail price, and the ability to apply Reward Points at ratios similar to eligible cruises, covering up to 50% of qualifying bookings, with opportunities for up to 100% through All Reward Points and qualifying Elite Travel Advantages. This expansion means members can now use their accumulated points toward complete land-based vacations, not just cruises, making the membership more versatile and valuable year-round.
The addition of River Cruises further diversifies the portfolio. Through partnerships with AmaWaterways and Emerald Cruises, inCruises members gain access to smaller ships, intimate waterways, and immersive access to inland destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Rivers include the Danube, Rhine, Seine, Rhône, Douro, Mekong, Nile, Chobe, and Magdalena. As Tatiana Wegzyn, Commercial Partnerships Manager at inCruises, noted, river cruising offers a different relationship with a destination, allowing travelers to experience the heart of a region and explore historic cities, smaller towns, and landscapes often inaccessible to larger ships. The partnerships with established brands like AmaWaterways and Emerald Cruises ensure a refined experience.
These launches bring the inCruises offering to its broadest point since its founding in 2016. Members now have access to ocean cruises, river cruises, inStays hotels and resorts, inTours individual tours and activities, and inTrips curated land vacations. For travelers who have been curious about what an inCruises membership delivers, the answer is now considerably broader than a cruise discount club. The company continues to expand its portfolio and global reach, signaling a future with more choice, more experiences, and more value for members. As inCruises continues to grow, these additions position it as a more comprehensive travel membership platform, potentially attracting new members and increasing engagement among existing ones.
