Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) has extended its profitability streak to seven trailing quarters, with fiscal Q2 2026 revenue projected to be the second highest in company history and only the second time quarterly revenue has exceeded $800,000. The company attributed the strong performance to accelerating sales of its flagship Insultex House Wrap®, which is gaining a wider customer base across multiple regions.
Fiscal Q2, ending April 30, 2026, saw a slow start due to harsh winter weather that delayed building projects, but sales accelerated toward the end of the quarter for an exceptionally strong finish. Year-to-date sales have surpassed $1.5 million, with two quarters remaining in the fiscal year. This marks a significant milestone for the company, which has reported profitability for seven consecutive quarters.
Insultex House Wrap® is now available at over 150 retail locations, with more coming aboard each week. The product meets or exceeds new government building codes requiring continuous insulation and exterior R-Value. Unlike competitor products, Insultex House Wrap® adds an R-6 moisture barrier membrane that does not require additional insulation boards. An independent laboratory testing program with BRC Laboratories is progressing on schedule, with all positive results to date. The certification is intended to qualify Insultex® for a wider range of building applications and larger-scale projects. IVDN has received indications from major homebuilding industry players that once the new certifications are in hand, there will be interest in substantially larger integration of the product into higher-value building projects.
Randy Kimbler, Director of Business Development for Built Link Solutions, noted that the reaction to Insultex House Wrap® from builders and suppliers has been exceptionally enthusiastic. “Compliance with new building codes in more US states is becoming an increasingly important factor in favor of Insultex House Wrap® demand,” Kimbler said. “We are currently gaining customers in multiple new states. However, the greatest gain is in the remodeling space, where builders see Insultex House Wrap® as a great way to add value and deliver significant energy cost savings.”
Joseph A. Riccelli Jr., CEO of Innovative Designs, stated that the company anticipates filing its official fiscal Q2 report by the June 15 deadline. “Sales continue to come in strongly as we are now in our fiscal third quarter, and we are shipping larger orders on an accelerating schedule,” Riccelli said. “In anticipation of further demand surges, our management and manufacturing teams have been working to increase production rates and build on-hand inventory levels. We expect the balance of 2026 to set new record sales growth that IVDN has never before experienced.”
