Lainey Morse, the Oregon entrepreneur who invented Goat Yoga in 2016, has launched a new venture called "Buy the Goats a Bouquet" on the 10th anniversary of her original phenomenon. The service, priced at $25, allows customers to dedicate a bouquet to a recipient, which is then fed to goats at No Regrets Farm while Morse reads the dedication on camera. The videos are posted to the farm's social media platforms, where Morse has a following of nearly 178,000.
The idea emerged from a county requirement that Morse generate at least $10,000 in annual agricultural product sales to legally operate Goat Yoga and Goat Happy Hour at her farm in Monroe, Oregon. Morse, who describes her business as "farming happiness," found that county officials did not accept that as a qualifying product. Flowers, grown organically without pesticides on her permaculture farm, provided a solution. However, the blooms, while natural and chemical-free, are often imperfect due to insect damage, making them uncompetitive with pesticide-grown flowers from larger farms.
Rather than waste the flowers, Morse repurposed them. Customers visit the No Regrets Farm website to order a bouquet dedication, providing the recipient's name, occasion, and a personal message. Morse arranges a fresh chemical-free bouquet, brings it to the goats, reads the dedication aloud on camera, and films the goats as they enthusiastically eat the flowers. The dedicated video is then shared on the farm's social media platforms.
The occasions for dedications have ranged from birthdays and belated celebrations to memorials, cancer fighters, and personal milestones. There is even a "Breakup Bouquet." Each video is personal, joyful, and shareable, turning three problems—imperfect flowers, the agricultural sales requirement, and the need for compelling social media content—into a heartwarming viral solution.
This is not the first time Morse has turned an unconventional idea into a global movement. In 2016, she sent photographs of her first goat yoga class to Modern Farmer magazine, which responded within minutes. Within 24 hours, her phone was ringing with calls from journalists worldwide, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, People Magazine, CNN, and the BBC. Goat Yoga went on to become a multi-million dollar industry with hundreds of locations worldwide.
Now, a decade later, Morse is again finding joy in the unexpected. "Buy the Goats a Bouquet" launched in June 2026 and received its first orders within days. No Regrets Farm is currently accepting bouquet dedications on their website, with videos posted to their social media pages.
