LataMed AI Partners with IVIC to Develop Digital Platform for Laboratory Services Access

LataMed AI Corp. (OTC: LMED), a healthcare technology company specializing in digital health and artificial intelligence solutions for Latin America, has announced a new agreement with the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) to develop a digital platform module. The module aims to streamline access to designated laboratory and scientific services, potentially broadening the company's impact beyond patient-facing telemedicine.

Under the agreement, LataMed AI's Venezuelan subsidiary, LATAMEDAI VE, will collaborate with IVIC on the design, development, testing, and implementation of a digital interface. This interface will enable authorized business and institutional users to request laboratory services, schedule appointments, monitor request status, access approved reports, and complete payment processes. The centralized digital workflow is intended to serve organizations in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food production, agriculture, and related industries, with specific services determined by IVIC.

The collaboration will focus on defining functional requirements, user-access procedures, data architecture, payment workflows, and document-management capabilities. The parties will also establish protocols for handling, transmitting, storing, and accessing laboratory-related information securely. The platform's potential features include electronic service requests, appointment scheduling, request tracking, secure payments, and controlled access to reports.

Dr. Kevin Rodan Levy, CEO of LataMed AI, expressed optimism about the partnership: "This agreement represents an opportunity to apply our technology to an important area of scientific and enterprise service delivery. Our objective is to work with IVIC to develop a responsible digital framework that makes it easier for authorized users to request services, manage appointments, monitor processes, and access approved information through a centralized platform."

Management believes this initiative could expand LataMed AI's capabilities beyond telemedicine by demonstrating its technology's aptitude for institutional and enterprise workflows involving healthcare, scientific services, and digital documentation. It aligns with the company's broader strategy of building digital infrastructure that connects patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, payment providers, and institutions across the healthcare and scientific-services ecosystem.

If successfully implemented, the module could serve as a template adaptable for other institutional and enterprise environments in Venezuela and Latin America. However, any expansion would require separate agreements, technical readiness, regulatory compliance, and institutional needs. The agreement establishes the framework for development and evaluation but does not guarantee specific implementation dates, adoption rates, service volumes, revenue, or profitability.

LataMed AI is also developing AI-supported platforms, including CardioAI, PulmoAI, and NeuroAI, to assist healthcare professionals in managing cardiovascular, pulmonary, and neurological health information. These platforms remain under development and subject to regulatory approval. The company's forward-looking statements highlight risks such as successful module development, compliance with privacy and security regulations, user adoption, and revenue generation.
