The Villa Boccella estate is a renovated, luxurious 14-hectare historic property comprising eight buildings, including six villas and four swimming pools. The estate offers 37 rooms with 62 beds across a living area of approximately 3,100 square meters. LIMES Schlosskliniken plans to convert the estate into a mental health clinic that will primarily serve an international clientele, bridging the gap between its Paracelsus Recovery facility in Zurich and its existing locations in Germany.
The company has secured an option to purchase the property, with the final acquisition subject to the granting of a clinic license by the Italian authorities. If approved, the clinic is expected to open in early summer 2027.
