MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) announced that CEO Ran Narayanasamy will participate in a series of strategic meetings and industry presentations in Japan this week, highlighting the company's Lawson Natural Hydrogen Discovery in Saskatchewan and its role in the emerging Natural Hydrogen sector.
Narayanasamy is scheduled to deliver a featured presentation and join an expert panel discussion on May 28 at the Natural Hydrogen Expert Workshop hosted by JOGMEC at its Technology & Research Center in Chiba, Japan. The following day, he will present during the Natural Hydrogen session at the JPGU-AGU Joint Meeting, one of Japan's leading international geoscience conferences. These engagements reflect the growing international interest in natural hydrogen as a potential clean energy source.
The Lawson Discovery, located near Central Butte, Saskatchewan, represents Canada's first-ever subsurface Natural Hydrogen system confirmed through deep drilling, with data validated by three independent laboratories. MAX Power has built a dominant district-scale land position across Saskatchewan, with approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits covering prime exploration ground prospective for large-volume accumulations of Natural Hydrogen.
In addition to its hydrogen projects, MAX Power holds a portfolio of properties in the United States and Canada focused on critical minerals. These include the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in southeast Arizona, where the company made a diamond drilling discovery in 2024. The project is 100% owned by MAX Power's U.S. subsidiary.
The company also reported that investors exercised 3,529,496 warrants from April 1 through May 15, generating proceeds of $1,299,328.60. This financial activity underscores investor confidence in MAX Power's exploration strategy and the potential of its natural hydrogen assets.
MAX Power is committed to responsible exploration and development practices that prioritize environmental stewardship, meaningful community engagement, and strong corporate governance. The company's participation in the Japanese events is expected to foster international collaboration and advance the understanding of natural hydrogen as a viable energy resource.
The Lawson Discovery has positioned MAX Power at the forefront of the natural hydrogen sector in Canada. By engaging with global experts and stakeholders in Japan, the company aims to highlight the significance of its findings and explore potential partnerships for further development.
