NCQC Laboratory LLP, a leading NABL-accredited calibration laboratory based in India, has successfully completed an international on-site calibration project at ERRL Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. ERRL Pte. Ltd. is a product safety testing laboratory specializing in testing packaging materials used for transporting dangerous goods, in accordance with United Nations (UN) recommendations. To maintain the accuracy and reliability of its testing operations, ERRL engaged NCQC to perform on-site calibration of critical instruments, including weighing balances, a deep freezer, and a stability chamber.
The project required advanced technical competence and adherence to internationally accepted calibration procedures. NCQC utilized sophisticated equipment such as E1 and E2 class reference standard weights for balance calibration and a high-precision temperature calibrator for temperature-controlled devices. Throughout the process, NCQC maintained a Test Uncertainty Ratio (TUR) of approximately 4:1, ensuring measurements met stringent accuracy standards and providing confidence in the reliability of results.
