Olenox Industries (NASDAQ: OLOX) announced that its previously disclosed North Texas multi-well oil and natural gas development program is advancing to field execution. The company said seismic work is expected to begin the week of Sept. 7, 2026, marking a critical step in evaluating 10 potential drill sites. The fieldwork is projected to take approximately two to three weeks.
To support this phase, Olenox has engaged a seismic services firm and added geological and engineering expertise. The resulting subsurface data will be used to rank potential drilling locations and guide the initial drilling phase. The sites could potentially support as many as 10 wells over time, according to the company.
Preliminary geological assessments indicate promising natural gas potential, the company said. If commercially recoverable resources are confirmed, Olenox intends to evaluate using locally produced natural gas to generate power for its expanding digital-infrastructure operations. This approach underscores the company's strategy to vertically integrate its energy production with its technology-focused business lines.
The move into field execution follows the company's earlier announcement of the multi-well program and highlights its commitment to expanding its oil and gas operations in key U.S. markets. Olenox Industries is a vertically integrated energy company operating across oil and gas, energy services, and energy technologies. The company focuses on acquiring, optimizing, and scaling energy-related infrastructure and operating assets.
