Pretty as a Peacock, a new hair salon by Laurie-Ann Peacock, has opened at Hill Country Salon Suites in Georgetown, Texas, bringing over 15 years of experience to the community. Located at 5361 Williams Drive, Suite 103, the salon specializes in custom color services, precision cuts, and facial waxing, with a focus on personalized care and client relaxation.
The salon offers a range of services including grey coverage and blending, custom highlights, root smudging, and root melts, as well as haircuts for men, women, and children. Select updos for weddings and proms are also available. Peacock emphasizes listening to clients to create looks that fit their lifestyles while enhancing natural beauty.
"I love helping my clients feel beautiful and confident," says Peacock. "There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave my chair standing a little taller and smiling a little brighter." She adds that Hill Country Salon Suites is synonymous with quality service, making it the ideal location.
Pretty as a Peacock uses Leyton House, a premium natural hair color line from Australia derived from flowers, known for rich, long-lasting tones and reduced fading. Styling products from WOW, REF, and L'anza are also used to ensure professional results. The salon experience includes complimentary beverages such as wine, soda, coffee, water, or chai tea, and is designed to be unhurried and personalized.

Pretty as a Peacock is open Tuesday through Friday with varied hours; Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 5:00 PM respectively. The salon is closed Saturday through Monday. Hill Country Salon Suites offers 26 private suite rentals for independently owned beauty and wellness businesses.
