Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavor of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, featuring vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, homemade strawberry compote, and fresh strawberries with Biscoff crumbs. Each flavor is also available as individual dessert cups for those seeking a smaller portion.
Rashmi's Bakery has operated as a 100 percent egg-free and nut-free bakery since its founding in 2007. This approach extends across the entire cake menu and remains central to the business as it has grown to serve customers throughout the GTA. Founder Rashmi Chugh emphasized the bakery's philosophy: "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake.
