REPLOID Group AG (ISIN: AT0000A3HRX5) has announced plans to execute a stock split at a ratio of 1:15, a move designed to improve the liquidity and marketability of its shares. The proposal will be put to a vote at the company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 14, 2026. If approved, the number of shares will increase from 110,881 to 1,663,215, with each no-par value share continuing to represent a proportionate amount of share capital of EUR 1.00.
The decision comes as REPLOID's shares have been trading at approximately 1,700 euros, a price point that may deter smaller investors. According to CEO and founder Philip Pauer, a split would bring the price down to roughly 113 euros per share, making the stock significantly more accessible. "That's exactly our goal: to make REPLOID stock easier to trade and more attractive, particularly for retail investors," Pauer stated.
To facilitate the split, the Annual General Meeting will also consider a capital increase from company funds, which would raise share capital from EUR 110,881 to EUR 1,663,215 without issuing new shares. This increase will be funded by converting a portion of the unrestricted capital reserves accumulated during the 2025 fiscal year, a move that ensures existing shareholders' proportional ownership remains unchanged.
The stock split is part of REPLOID's broader strategy to enhance shareholder value and broaden its investor base. The company, which specializes in industrial-scale insect rearing for the circular economy, has seen significant growth since its listing on the Vienna Stock Exchange's direct market plus segment in July 2025 under the ticker symbol HRX5. With over 190 employees, REPLOID is headquartered in Wels, Austria, and operates globally.
