ResProp Management has entered into an agreement with DevCo Residential Group, a multifamily developer and investment team specializing in first-class affordable housing communities, to manage eight multifamily communities across Texas. The transition expands ResProp's statewide presence with new communities in the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio metropolitan areas, adding to its portfolio of more than 19,000 apartment homes.
All eight communities provide affordable housing opportunities for eligible applicants and represent an important addition to ResProp's growing affordable housing management platform. The newly transitioned portfolio includes: Rosemont of Lancaster, The Mondello, Rosemont at Ash Creek, and The Positano in Dallas; Brookside Gardens and Park at Humble in Houston; and Costa Almadena and Tigoni Villas in San Antonio.
