Shelly Group Announces Dividend Payment Terms Following Shareholder Approval

Shelly Group SE (Ticker: SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166), a provider of IoT and smart building solutions, today announced the terms of its dividend payment as resolved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2026. The Board of Directors has determined that the initial payment date will be July 28, 2026, with the final date of payment on July 28, 2027.

The dividend payment will be processed through the Central Depository AD, adhering to the requirements of the Public Offering of Securities Act and Ordinance 8 dated November 12, 2003, issued by the FSC. Shareholders with securities accounts in Register A of the Central Depository (personal accounts) will receive dividends via branches of DSK Bank AD. For shareholders with accounts in Register B (client sub-accounts with an investment intermediary), dividends will be distributed through the respective investment intermediary with assistance from the Central Depository.

After the dividend payment term expires, shareholders who have not received their dividends within the five-year limitation period may still claim them by sending an explicit request to Shelly Group SE for cash or bank transfer. Any unclaimed dividends after the five-year period will be credited to the company's Reserve Fund.

This announcement follows the company's strong performance and commitment to shareholder returns.
