Storagely, a website platform built for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a full rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company's history. The new version, which will debut publicly at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show from September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Booth #1233, represents a strategic response to the changing needs of self-storage operators.
The self-storage industry has evolved, and operators are facing new constraints and asking new questions. Rather than adding another round of features, Storagely decided to rebuild its architecture exclusively around how operators run their businesses. According to Austin Simmons, who was named Chief Executive Officer in April 2026, operators have consistently voiced three key desires: to be more hands-on rather than stuck behind support tickets, to launch new locations in days instead of weeks, and to allow each facility to stand out in its own market. "We stopped just adding features and decided it's time to rebuild around those pain points," Simmons said.
The rebuild introduces several significant changes. More control is provided through FLEX, a drag-and-drop editor that lets operators edit any block, swap layouts, and publish new pages in minutes without a developer. ATLAS, the new Location Profile Manager, consolidates every location's details—such as address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, and amenities—into one convenient place, replacing multiple spreadsheets and hours of work with a single source of truth that automatically updates the website. Additionally, the new ATLAS Google Profile sync allows a simple edit to a Google Business profile to update location details directly on the website. These tools give operators a faster path than the support ticket and enable customization that gives each facility its own identity instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
Faster launches are another key benefit. New sites launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features move just as fast. This new era of launch velocity allows operators to move at their own pace, stay agile, and make quick decisions when needed to move the needle.
Better performance is achieved through a ground-up rebuild exclusively for self-storage: modern architecture, faster load times across mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. All still paired with the newly imagined one-page checkout that includes exciting new upgrades like the long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.
Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer and now CEO, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform. Simmons has worked with Storagely across nearly a decade and several iterations of the business, including the years before it entered self-storage. "For years I've watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today," said Leimone. "3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he's the right person to lead it."
Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 across September 8th-11th at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo. For more information, visit storagely.io.
