True Nutrition Technology (TNT), a German sports nutrition brand with more than 500,000 customers, is set to attend the ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session from September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to build new retail relationships and expand its presence in the United States, according to a press release. Managing Director Markus Himmelstoss will lead the effort to introduce retailers to TNT's German roots and its sports nutrition portfolio designed for athletes and active consumers.
The move matters because it signals TNT's intent to transition from a primarily online U.S. presence to broader retail distribution. The company's products are currently available to American consumers through Amazon and OneLavi, giving TNT an established e-commerce foothold. Expanding into physical retail channels represents a significant next step for the brand, which faces a highly competitive U.S. sports nutrition market. Himmelstoss acknowledged the challenge but framed it as an opportunity. "The U.S. sports nutrition market is extremely competitive, but that's also what makes the opportunity so exciting," he said. "American consumers have tremendous choice. We believe TNT's combination of German product development, quality, and a brand built around serious performance gives us something distinctive to bring to retailers."
ECRM's session brings together brands and category buyers from across retail channels through scheduled business meetings. For TNT, the event is less about pitching a single product and more about demonstrating the breadth of its portfolio. The company's U.S. lineup includes Creapure Creatine Monohydrate, CLEAR WHEY protein isolate, Synapsensause Pre-Workout, and Game Changer, a carbohydrate and electrolyte formulation. Himmelstoss noted that retailers have different priorities. "We don't expect every retailer to be looking for exactly the same thing," he said. "That's one of the advantages of having a broader portfolio. These meetings give us the opportunity to understand each retailer's priorities and discuss where TNT may be the best fit."
TNT's expansion builds on a customer base of more than 500,000 consumers and a strong position in the German sports nutrition market. The company was founded in Germany by former athletes Michael Weigl and Markus Himmelstoss and has produced premium supplements under strict German quality standards since 2012, with every product independently lab-tested for safety, purity, and transparency. For American retailers, TNT's entry could offer a differentiated option in a crowded category. For consumers, it may mean greater access to European-style sports nutrition products through familiar retail channels. Himmelstoss emphasized that the company is not starting from scratch. "We know who we are as a brand, we know our products, and we've spent years building trust with consumers," he said. "Now we're looking forward to introducing TNT to more U.S. retailers and finding partners who see the same opportunity we do."
For those interested in trying TNT products now, several items are available online. TNT Creapure Creatine Monohydrate Powder can be found on Amazon and OneLavi. The Synapsensause "Wild Berry" Pre-Workout Booster is also on Amazon and OneLavi, while the Clear Whey Protein Isolate - Peach Iced Tea is available on OneLavi.
