Jacob brings five years of hands-on experience and formal training from an accredited online appliance repair program. He is the brother of company owner Justin Wall and previously worked with the business before exploring other opportunities. Upon returning, Jacob completed additional coursework to reinforce his technical skills before rejoining the family operation full-time.
