Wacker Neuson SE announced today that Christoph Burkhard, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down from the company's Executive Board by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026, after more than five years of service. Hans Neunteufel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Burkhard's contributions to the sustainable development of the company's structures and organization. Neunteufel wished Burkhard continued success in his future endeavors.

Reinhard Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, will assume the CFO role effective September 1, 2026. The group, which employs around 5,800 people worldwide, reported revenue of approximately EUR 2.2 billion in fiscal year 2025. The company's brands include Wacker Neuson, Kramer, Weidemann, and Enar.
