Western Star Resources Confirms Multiple Tungsten Zones at Rowland Property, Expanding Exploration Potential

Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) has completed Phase 1 exploration at its 100% owned Rowland Tungsten Property in Elko County, Nevada, confirming four discrete zones of extensive historical tungsten-bearing workings. The program included a high-resolution UAV magnetic survey, soil geochemistry, rock-chip sampling, and field verification, which revealed substantially more development than previously documented.

The Phase 1 results materially increase the company's understanding of the property. CEO Blake Morgan stated, "Rowland has come out of Phase 1 looking considerably more prospective than the historical record suggested. We expected a single past-producing zone; the field crew came back with multiple zones of extensive historical development, including a previously undocumented central area with processing infrastructure, shafts, and 600 to 700 metres of trenching."

Key findings include Northern Zone B, identified as the most significant historical development, with dilapidated wooden infrastructure consistent with a historical ore chute and several decommissioned shafts. The Rowland Main zone displayed extensive UV fluorescence indicative of scheelite mineralization, with multiple additional workings confirmed. The Central Zone, previously undocumented, features processing infrastructure and extensive trenching.

The UAV magnetic survey has been completed and is being processed, with preliminary results expected shortly. Soil sampling was conducted across the Rowland Main zone and reconnaissance lines extended across the Northern zones. Rock and soil samples have been rush-submitted to the laboratory, with assay results anticipated in the coming weeks.

Qualified Person Jasper Mowatt, MIMMM and MAusIMM, has reviewed the technical information in this release. The company plans to integrate Phase 1 results to advance toward drill targeting and permitting.
